V \u010dlank\u016f si projdeme jednotliv\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed a pou\u017eit\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech domu.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed rozd\u011blen\u00ed polystyrenu dle v\u00fdrobn\u00edho postupu je na polystyren extrudovan\u00fd (XPS) a expandovan\u00fd (EPS). Extrudovan\u00fd polystyren je p\u0159i stavb\u011b rodinn\u00e9ho domu okrajovou z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed. Proto se budeme v\u011bnovat p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm expandovan\u00e9mu polystyrenu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ozna\u010den\u00ed polystyrenu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Expandovan\u00fd polystyren ozna\u010dujeme zkratkou EPS. D\u00e1le je polystyren ozna\u010den \u010d\u00edslem, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m ud\u00e1v\u00e1 pevnost v tlaku (kPa) p\u0159i 10% deformaci a d\u00e1le p\u00edsmenem, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m bl\u00ed\u017ee specifikuje v\u00fdrobek. V roce 2015 do\u0161lo ke zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed v ozna\u010den\u00ed polystyrenu. D\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u011blen\u00ed na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed (Z) a stabilizovan\u00fd (S) polystyren bylo zru\u0161eno, proto\u017ee dnes jsou vyr\u00e1b\u011bny pouze polystyreny na \u00farovni stabilizovan\u00fdch. Stabilizovan\u00fd polystyren je upraven tak, \u017ee na jeho strukturu a rozm\u011bry nemaj\u00ed vliv teplotn\u00ed v\u00fdkyvy a tak\u00e9 odol\u00e1v\u00e1 vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm teplot\u00e1m ne\u017e polystyren z\u00e1kladn\u00ed. Fas\u00e1dn\u00ed polystyren z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 s ozna\u010den\u00edm p\u00edsmenem F.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>U\u017eit\u00ed v jednotliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech domu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Izolace soklu \u2013 EPS P<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sokl mus\u00ed b\u00fdt izolov\u00e1n velmi m\u00e1lo nas\u00e1kav\u00fdm polystyrenem. Pro tyto aplikace je vhodn\u00fd tzv. perimetr s ide\u00e1ln\u00edm pom\u011brem v\u00fdkon\/cena. Jedn\u00e1 se o polystyren nap\u011b\u0148ovan\u00fd do forem. D\u00edky tomu m\u00e1 velmi malou nas\u00e1kavost (p\u0159i \u00fapln\u00e9m pono\u0159en\u00ed pod 3 %), v\u00fdbornou mrazuvzdornost a tak\u00e9 vysokou pevnost. Perimetr mus\u00ed m\u00edt vaflovou strukturu pro ide\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00eddr\u017enost cementov\u00e9ho tmele.<\/p>\n<p><em>Polystyren do podlah \u2013 EPS 100, 150 a 200<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Zde je nutn\u00e9 d\u00e1t si pozor na \u010d\u00edseln\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed. Zcela dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed pro podlahy v rodinn\u00e9m dom\u011b je pevnostn\u00ed ozna\u010den\u00ed 100. Zna\u010d\u00ed pevnost v tlaku 100 kPa p\u0159i deformaci 10 %. Tyto polystyreny se ozna\u010duj\u00ed EPS T. Pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v rodinn\u00e9m dom\u011b ide\u00e1ln\u011b EPS T 4000.<\/p>\n<p><em>Fas\u00e1dn\u00ed polystyren \u2013 EPS 70F a 100F<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fas\u00e1dn\u00ed polystyren se od ostatn\u00edch li\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011brovou toleranc\u00ed, pravo\u00fahlost\u00ed. M\u00e1 tak\u00e9 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pevnost v tahu. Velmi \u010dasto se za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 na fas\u00e1dy pou\u017e\u00edvat polystyren s p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed grafitu.
