Stavba na rovn\u00e9 plo\u0161e se nav\u00edc t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nikdy nevyhne vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm vliv\u016fm, kter\u00e9 na ni budou p\u016fsobit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nen\u00ed v\u00fdjimkou, \u017ee nov\u011b postaven\u00fd d\u016fm se po p\u0159\u00edvalov\u00e9m de\u0161ti ocitne v jeze\u0159e \u0161pinav\u00e9 vody. Pokud jste na\u0161li to prav\u00e9 m\u00edsto pro \u017eivot, ale znamenalo by to stavbu domu nap\u0159\u00edklad na j\u00edlovit\u00e9m podlo\u017e\u00ed, rovinn\u00fd pozemek nen\u00ed tou ide\u00e1ln\u00ed volbou. Sva\u017eit\u00fd pozemek naopak v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nab\u00edz\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. M\u00fdm favoritem je tedy m\u00edrn\u011b sva\u017eit\u00fd pozemek s orientac\u00ed na jih. P\u0159esto jsem se v ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 dob\u011b pod\u00edlel na dvou r\u016fzn\u00fdch projektech, u kter\u00fdch se severn\u011b orientovan\u00e9 v\u00fdhledy staly bez dlouh\u00e9ho rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed dominantou obou n\u00e1vrh\u016f. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Krom\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00edch m\u011b\u0159\u00edtek a logick\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011bru je tedy v\u017edy velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby si v\u00e1s pozemek n\u011b\u010d\u00edm z\u00edskal. M\u016f\u017eou to b\u00fdt v\u00fdhledy, okol\u00ed domu nebo i osobn\u00ed vztah k m\u00edstu. Jsou to \u010dasto lep\u0161\u00ed vod\u00edtka pro v\u00fdb\u011br ne\u017e \u00a0typologick\u00e9 pou\u010dky.
